Dear Users,

We would like to inform you about the latest update of dictionaries by Akadémia Kiadó which is now embedded in Microsoft Office applications. With a freely downloadable plug-in, users can work with dictionaries (subscribed by the University) whitin a Microsoft Office Word document without the need to switch to any browser.

The dictionary package is available from the Microsoft Store (Microsoft Office Word: Insert menu –>Store). Just type the keyword ‘szótár’ to the search bar and install the Szotar.net online dictionary.

The dictionary will appear on the right side of the screen while the program is running. To see the meanings, click on a word in the document and the results appear immediately.

This plug-in is available solely in the latest Microsoft Office Word 2016 version.
