    • To submit your Ph.D. thesis you are required to fill out the Datasheet of the Central Library, which is based on your original publication list in the database of MTMT (i.e. the Hungarian Scientific Bibliography). From the first of September 2011 the Doctoral Office only accepts the new Datasheet of the Central Library. To register your publications in the Hungarian Scientific Bibliography you need to request a User name and a Password from Your Institute or Clinic MTMT Administrator. You can download the Datasheet of the Central Library from the link below, filling out of this Datasheet is obligatory, the School of PhD Studies cannot relieve you from this duty.

    To fill out the Datasheet you will need the Impact Factor’s that can be reached from the University’s network under the following folder structure: Sources/Databases/Journal Citation Reports database, or follow this link: https://jcr.clarivate.com/.

    The Central Library validates the publications of the Doctoral Candidates based on their submitted Datasheet of the Central Library. Our goal is to authenticate the bibliographic data, we do not evaluate the scientific achievements.

    We kindly ask you to save your datasheet in .docx format, in a further editable way and send it to the Secretariat of the Central Library to the following e-mail address: titkarsag.kk@semmelweis.hu

    We might need to contact you, so please include your phone number, for potential reconciliation.

    Please also include the full-text versions of those publications that are not registered in the Semmelweis Repository, or it can not be reached from Journals that are available from Semmelweis University.
