If you are required to submit a list of publications certified by the Central Library as part of your application for a position or scholarship at Semmelweis University, please proceed as follows:
1. Request MTMT access if you do not have it
- Current employees or students of Semmelweis University are required to request access from the MTMT departmental administrator at their organizational unit;
- External applicants can register directly via the MTMT website: https://m2.mtmt.hu/frontend/.
2. You are responsible for uploading your publications and citations to the MTMT
If you need help with the uploading of your publications and citations, please refer to the built-in software on the MTMT website: https://m2.mtmt.hu/frontend/help_eng.html.
If necessary, please reach out to your MTMT departmental administrator for further help. After uploading the records, it is important to switch their status to publicly accessible in MTMT.
3. Request verification and certification
Applicants must request the verification and certification of their MTMT records by contacting the Secretariat of the Central Library via the following email at: titkarsag.kk@semmelweis.hu.
Please include the followings in your message:
- your MTMT author ID;
- the exact position or scholarship for which you require the library certificate, as the requirements may differ for each application.
Kindly refrain from making any changes to your publication list in MTMT during the verification process.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to verify your data.
4. Release of certified document(s)
After the verification, the applicant will receive the digitally certified version of the required document(s) via email.
For any questions or issues regarding the verification of your application materials, please contact the Secretariat of the Central Library.
Important information for the applicants:
- If it is possible, please import citations into the MTMT from recognized citation databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus).
- For retrieval and authentication purposes, ensure that all records uploaded to MTMT are accompanied by identifiers and links (e.g. PubMed ID, WoS ID, DOI).
- Please note that if the uploaded publication and citation data in MTMT does not meet the required formal criteria, the application may be returned to the applicant for revision.
